For me personally, Betcoin have been exceptional in every aspect. I have played at numerous BTC casinos over the years, and none have treated me with the same level of respect, generosity and fairness Betcoin has. And it takes me a lot to say that.
Game selection is excellent. Have Betsoft, which imo is vastly underrated, Endorphina which can produce some ridiculous wins, and now even Quickspin, which i really enjoy also. The live casino, video poker and table game selection is massive. Ill be honest and say im a slots man myself, but i see all the major table games and loads of choices, more so than i notice at other casinos.
Customer service superb too – get on chat with a problem i had, chat staff fix it in seconds, no messing, no fuss, done. The way it should be. Very friendly and helpful, email support also replied to very quickly. Cannot fault at this stage. I am a fairly low roller….but Betcoin treated me as if i was a VIP (a status i have held with other BTC casinos), even though my deposits are not huge. I like this approach….to be treated as a customer, and not as a cash cow.
Promotions numerous and very agreeable. Wagering is quite low compared to other casinos, and the free spins winnings are actually wager free, which is also nice.
Overall, after spending some time here, im seeing little reason to play elsewhere. Ive been burnt by other BTC casinos…..never again i said. Betcoin have shown me a good and fair casino exists!
